Ethical norms

The magazine's editorial policy is based on international copyright protection rules, current legislation of Ukraine, and international publishing standards. Supports the Code of Ethics of Scientific Publications, builds the work of editors and publishers taking into account the ethical norms established in the Code of Conduct and Guidelines of Best Practice for the Journal Editor and the Code of Conduct for the Journal Publisher, which were developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The editors of the magazine declare that there is no abuse of office.

Responsibilities of the author or collective of authors (hereinafter - the author)

The author is responsible for the reliability and plausibility of the results of scientific research and the content of the article.

The author must guarantee that the research results presented in the article are completely original.

The author must guarantee that this article will not be published in other journals.

Authors must follow the guidelines for authors and adhere to the citation rules.

Authors are required to respond to reviewers' comments and make proposed changes based on these comments.

The editors are responsible for the content of the magazine and the quality of the published articles.

The editors of the journal must be objective about the presented materials and take into account the main criteria for selecting an article:
- professional level and relevance of the article;
- correspondence of the topic with the professional orientation of the magazine.

The editors are obliged to maintain the anonymity of reviewers and authors within the review process.

In the process of cooperation with the editors, the editor-in-chief responds to possible appeals of authors against the comments of reviewers and other complaints.

The editors have full responsibility and authority to accept / reject the material.

Responsibilities of the reviewers

The reviewer must be objective in the assessment.

The reviewer must not misuse the information provided in this article for personal or other benefit.

Responsibilities of the Editorial Board

The editorial board constantly makes efforts to improve the professional and formal quality of the magazine, supports freedom of speech and, in accordance with generally accepted ethical standards, is always ready to publish corrections, refutations and apologies by prior agreement.

The editorial board issues instructions related to all editorial work (instructions for authors, guidelines for reviews and reviewers, etc.).
